Project 1: Object Ad Series – The Knife
Description: Select an object from one of the following categories: kitchen, office, or bathroom tools. Create three 8 3/8” x 10 7/8” ads in InDesign using the illustrations you create of your object. The ads should be designed as a series. Include typography by typesetting the title and ad copy in the composition. Your ads can be full color.
Project: The ads show three type of knives: the carving knife, the steak knife, and the butter knife. The ads show the purpose of each knife and it’s important features.
Project 2: Item Advertisement – Revlon Lipstick
The advertisement shows Revlon’s newly launched red matte lipstick collection. The ad shows typography and design layout.
Project 3: 1960s Advertisement – Fanta
The Fanta advertisement shows typography and a 1960s design layout.
